Softball Evaluations – Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the LAYBS Fields.

 

8U (Field 3):

 

If your last name starts with an A-C, your evaluation time is 8:00 a.m.

D-F – 8:15 a.m.

G-I – 8:30

J-L – 8:45

M-N – 9:00

O-P – 9:15

Q-S – 9:30

T-V – 9:45

W-X – 10:00

Q-Z – 10:15

 

10U (Field 3):

 

If your last name starts with an A-C, your evaluation time is 10:30 a.m.

D-F – 10:45 a.m.

G-I – 11:00

J-L – 11:15

M-N – 11:30

O-P – 11:30

Q-S – 11:45

T-V – 12:00

W-X – 12:15

Q-Z – 12:30

 

12U (Field 4):

 

If your last name starts with an A-D, your evaluation time is 9:00 a.m.

E-I – 9:15 a.m.

J-P – 9: 30

Q-Z – 9:45

 

14U (Field 4):

 

10:00 a.m.

 

Ponytail does not need to evaluate but if you’d like your daughter to try on a uniform, they’re welcome to come to the fields anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday to get fitted. 

 

Please bring your athlete to the fields 20 minutes before their scheduled start time ready to play softball.  If you have not paid, please be sure to bring a check or cash to the evaluations made payable to LAYBS.  If we do not have payment, your daughter will not be able to evaluate and be assigned to a team. 

 

If you cannot make the evaluations this Saturday, there is a limited amount of space available to evaluate on Wednesday, January 17th at 6:30 p.m. on Field 2.

 

You will have the opportunity to get fitted for a uniform and choose your number.  If you do not come to the evaluation, you will receive a uniform in the size designated in your registration.
