It is with sadness and a heavy heart that we are notifying everyone that the Spring 2020 softball and baseball season has been cancelled. We have continually held out hope for a return to the field. Unfortunately, there will not be enough time if and when the state and city of Long Beach lift restrictions for the return of youth sports. This is not what we envisioned for the 65th year of our league but it will for sure be one we do not forget. We are planning a fall ball program. Registration will begin in mid to late July. We will send information out soon on the details of fall ball. Please have a safe summer and a special Thank You for all those players aging out and being a part of LAYBS. We wish you all the best in your future softball and baseball endeavor.
