Los Altos Families,

The information that follows is for Spring Evaluations on January 11, 2020. We will have a makeup day on January 18 but highly advise all families to attend on the 11th as there is a possibility of poor weather on the 18th. 

If you are in a division that does not evaluate, please be patient. Players will drafted and teams will be formed by January 22nd and you should expect to hear from your coach the following week. Babe Ruth registration is still open and by separate email, evaluation information will be sent to those registered in Babe Ruth.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT EVALUATION DAY IS THE LAST CHANCE TO PAY YOUR REGISTRATION.  If you have not paid, your child will not be allowed to evaluate and will not be assigned to a team.  If you plan on paying at evaluation day, please have a check made payable to LAYBS – NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. If paying by cash, bring exact change please.

 

Softball:

8am- 2pm

All softball evaluations will take place on field 3. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before you are scheduled to allow for time to check in and warm up. Players are scheduled by the division they signed up for and in alphabetical order by last name. 

 

12U

8am - 10am

A-G 8am-9am, H-Z 9am-10am

 

10U

10am- 12pm

A-K 10 am- 11am, L-Z 11am- 12pm

 

8U

12pm- 2pm

A-H 12pm- 1pm, I-Z 1pm- 2pm

 

Baseball:

Only players registered for A, AA, AAA and Majors need to evaluate! T-Ball and Rookie division do not evaluate. 

*Note- The division is the level of play where the player is registered and not necessarily where they will be drafted. 

Player's age is their age on 4/30/20

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before you are scheduled to allow for time to check in and warm up. Players are scheduled by their age and in alphabetical order by last name. For example, if your player is 10 years old right now but will be 11 years old as of 4/30/20 and you registered for Majors with a last name starting with a T, you will show up for the 1:40 pm evaluations.
