LAYBS conducts background checks on Managers, Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams. |

Please note: All Managers, Coaches, Team Parents, BOD Members and Auxillary must submit a photocopy of their Driver's License and fill out the Volunteer Application by Opening Day. Managers will not receive equipment until they have filled out the necessary forms. |
